Your Responsibility

You are required by law to keep adequate accounting records to fulfill all of your statutory reporting requirements. Some of these requirements are driven by the Companies Act but most are driven by The South African Revenue Services (SARS).
You either need to employ a bookkeeper or an accountant or we will gladly do all of the grunt work for you.

Monthly accounts are necessary to:

  • Help you make decisions directly affecting the running and profitability of your company
  • Ensure you meet your payroll and monthly employee tax obligations (PAYE, SDL and UIF)
  • Ensure you discharge your VAT obligations (if applicable)
  • Make sure you submit all income tax returns on time so that you do not incur unnecessary interest and penalties (ouch!)

Our Most Popular Service

Smaller clients prefer us to capture their slips and bank statements to ensure their accounts are completely up to date, while larger clients will often already have a bookkeeper or internal accountant.
In either event, the most popular service is for us to prepare a detailed set of management accounts which we discuss face to face on a monthly basis

How We Can Help You

Provide us with your slips and bank statements, and we’ll ensure your accounts are up to date every month. If you have an internal accountant or bookkeeper, we can help set up your accounting system and train your staff. We offer monthly management accounts, either from our captured information or yours, tailored to your needs. We can prepare simple or detailed accounts and offer monthly meetings to provide expert advice to improve your business operations and profitability
